Ms. Zhou focuses her practice on transactional work and is also ready to take on litigation aspects of a case. Ms. Zhou strives to bring people together without losing ground to the other side of the deals. She endeavors to maximize her clients’ interests while minimizing the unsavory moments.

Having studied and worked in China, Canada and the U.S., Ms. Zhou brings important cultural consciousness to the deal table and the court room. Fluent in English, Mandarin and French, she gains trust from her clients by her ability to explain complex legal concepts clearly and precisely and to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.

Prior to attending law school in Canada, Ms. Zhou worked for two years as a financial consultant in the Beijing office of one of the world's largest accounting firms. She also worked briefly for an investigative journalism TV program for the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation in Montreal Canada after graduation. Ms. Zhou obtained her two law degrees from McGill University's unique BCL/JD program in 2017, where she learned legal concepts comparatively through the lens of the common law and the civil law. She was admitted to practice in the State of New York in 2019.
